Reasons to Love the Rain
Rainy days bring out the cutest weather gear, whether it's for people or animals. Rain jackets come in all colors and patterns. This not only helps you be stylish, but more importantly, prepared! Not to mention, you can even add a matching pair of rainboots and an umbrella to complete the look. Rainy days allow for more productivity at work, according to a Harvard study. Sunshine and beautiful blue skies distract workers, while cloudy days create an increase in efficiency. Does this mean we should pray for our finals to fall on rainy days? I think so! One of my favorite reasons for rain is petrichor. What does that word mean exactly? It's the definition of that wonderfully fresh smell you get after the first rain of a long dry season.
